No, our oils will not get you ‘high’. Only THC has the potential to get you ‘high’ and our products at Thrive are THC-free.
Both are subcategories of the Cannabis plant. Hemp is the official term for Cannabis plants which contain up to 0.3% of THC, which makes them perfect for great CBD oil.
Marijuana, on the other hand, has large quantities of the psychoactive cannabinoid THC, which will make you high, so is not used for our oils.

Tinctures are the safest and most effective, taking about half an hour to work. When taken under the tongue, the effects last longer than they do from smoking or vaping without the negative by-products. It’s good because you know exactly what’s going into your body.

Isolate products contain strictly CBD, without any other cannabinoids.
Full-spectrum oil uses the whole hemp plant with all of the cannabinoids, giving you the ‘entourage effect’.
Broad-spectrum is the in-between option. It utilizes many cannabinoids which still give you an ‘entourage effect, yet the product has been further refined to remove all THC compounds.
We find broad-spectrum CBD to be the best CBD combination in terms of utility, effect, and satisfaction. It is basically full-spectrum oil that has been rigorously purified to remove any remnants of THC, while still giving you the benefit of the ‘entourage effect’. Furthermore, broad-spectrum has more versatility than any CBD isolate products, which makes it perfect for beginners.
This is all dependant on how much dosage you go for per day. Use it as recommended by not exceeding 70mg per day and one bottle of the 2000mg typically lasts for at least 30 days of continual use. The 1000mg will last 2 weeks as a minimum and the 500mg should last at least 1 week of continous use.
Yes absolutely! Our products do not contain any animal byproducts.
The FDA actually doesn’t approve dietary supplements. So no, our products have not been pre-approved by the FDA. A doctor's advice should be sought before using these or any supplemental dietary product.
While we don’t actively test for the presence of those ingredients, our products are manufactured without the common allergens listed above. However, we can safely say that our products are gluten-free and GMO-free.
The average shelf life for our products is 2 years but for optimal freshness, we recommend using within the first 6-12 months of purchase.
There are no short-cuts to quality, so we make sure that all of our Hemp is grown using organic farming practices. We regularly test the nutrients in the air, soil, and water to make sure that our Hemp has the best growing conditions. Moreover, we rotate our outdoor crops to maintain soil fertility and we have ongoing organic fertilization experiments. This then results in a far superior premium product.
We love this question! Our packaging is shelf-worthy and good for the environment. The delivery boxes and glass bottles go through vigorous testing to ensure it's 100% recyclable. Our retail boxes are made from sustainable sources and printed using vegetable-based inks (We’re working on the plastic and rubber found in our droppers).
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, dark place.
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at this moment in time. The main reason for that is because for best results we recommend taking CBD consistently for atleast 14 days of continous use. This just wouldnt be possible with a sample.
All orders placed within the UK comes with free next working day delivery. How cool is that?
We’re excited for you to receive your order! Any orders placed before 12pm on Monday-Thursday for locations within the UK qualify for next working day delivery meaning you should get your order the very next day. On Fridays any orders placed before 12pm will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 12pm will arrive on Tuesday. Who else hates waiting 3-5 days for delivery?
Any orders placed before 12pm on Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Once your order has been placed and collected by our carrier, you will be emailed a tracking number which is usually within 6-12 hours of placing your order.
Not to worry, carriers and tracking information sometimes require a little extra patience. Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll investigate. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here.
Carriers and tracking information can be tricky. It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. We want you to receive your order too, so we’re sorry for any trouble this may cause. We suggest that you don’t wait in for delivery if you have not received an email from DPD. DPD will email you the night before your order will be delivered, and you will also receive an email on the morning of delivery giving you a 1 hour delivery window. You will also get a text message reminder if you leave include your number during checkout.
We want you to get your order ASAP, so we move fast. Once an order has been processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. Sorry guys!
RETURNS & PAYMENTS
We’re dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. The customer must cover the cost of returning the item to us. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched we will send you a pre-paid label to return your order. Products must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused.
There are no charges for return if there has been an error on our side. We will send you a pre-paid label to return your order at no extra cost. Returns for any other reason are charged at £4.95. This is a fully tracked service with over 7,500 drop off points across the UK. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a returns label and simply deduct £4.95 from your order's total price. You will not be charged if you don't use our return label. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage yourself. Please ask us for a return form.

The Pay later in 30 days method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later in 30 days payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card. You can always monitor your outstanding payments in the Klarna app
As soon as Thrive have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 30 days’ products even if you have failed to pay on time.
If you have chosen to Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. You are always able to view payments instructions in the Klarna app
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Thrive. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.
If you pay by card, Thrive will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in to the Klarna app or www.klarna.com/uk.
Once Thrive has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact Thrive to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.
If you do not have your statement number to hand you can log into the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.
