What is your return policy?
We’re dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. The customer must cover the cost of returning the item to us. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched we will send you a pre-paid label to return your order. Products must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused.
How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return if there has been an error on our side. We will send you a pre-paid label to return your order at no extra cost.
- Returns for any other reason are charged at £4.95. This is a fully tracked service with over 7,500 drop off points across the UK. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a returns label and simply deduct £4.95 from your order's total price. You will not be charged if you don't use our return label.
- Alternatively, you can arrange return postage yourself. Please ask us for a return form.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-3 working days of receiving your return.
